Everybody is entitled and obligated to do their own DD.

They would have come to the same conclusion I did, that equity was in the money to the tune of over a billion dollars.

As it is, everybody knew going in that cancellation was one possible outcome.

If there were a competent judge hearing the case we might have had a different result. There is little if any case to be made for competency from the bench.

A lot of folks tripled or quadrupled their money on the run to .55 too, in case you forgot about that little detail.

As far as prognostication skills, big deal you "called" a Q stock.

That ranks right up there with the broken clock that's right twice a day.
