The acquisition, when completed, means that Cord Blood America will control over 100,000 customers internationally, and expects its combined revenues to be in the $14M range annually if all businesses continue the same sales rate.

When you think about it, that's really small numbers-wise. Peanuts. I don't see the company value increasing much over the next few years. Really, storing cord blood is not a money maker. Probably was the wrong business to get into. That's why Cryocell sold.

70k since 2001 for Cyro-cell Mexico is not very impressive at all.
