I remain unconvinced that a significant buyback ever ocurred.
I do not know why there was a change in the OS, but I do not think it was because of a buyback.
The point is inmaterial to me though.
I think some underhandedness ocurred to keep CETEK solvent.
I know you are going to say the RegDex was underhanded.
But as long as we do not have all the information, we are only speculating. I think eventually CETEK will make us some money.

I am not putting any hope on the upcoming Quarterly Update PR because I think it will be the same flavor as before. It will show continued progress.

I am at a loss why FH does not come out and say where CETEK stands. He could be selling some of his shares for a lot of money right now.
