Certainly not Matt. Actually the answer is BCBS. As for the LOI announced yesterday, Matt wouldn't file an 8K if he didn't already have the funding locked up. I remind all that when Matt talked about the knock me over with a feather deal he also talked about getting a Strategic Investor. Looks to me like he did. One post a day here so see you tomorrow.
