ditch72: One of the questions I asked in my email to the SEC today was whether or not the Financial Reform Bill provided them power over the SEC which they formally did not have? I also invited the SEC to visit the letbcittrade.com if they needed more information. No question the DTCC protected itself and its member firms at our expense. They must have E&O insurance to cover their failures as far as the counterfeit certs go imho. Go BCIT!!!
