$5M / 2.5B = 0.002 at least.
mkt cap is usually 5~10 times higher than annual revenue. If then sshs should be valued at 0.01~0.02.

currently o/s is ~ 2.5B, a/s is 4B

based on assumption that Michael is not fooling us...
