SKS never mentioned it (or Dell)if it is salient or important or ON TOPIC as has been inferred.

Hey...don't get me wrong. I pray that what kevin inferred is ABSOLUTELY TRUE. I have been the one who has been evangelizing the big potential of the PUBLIC SECTOR for us!

But, kevin seemed to infer it was a pretty big order.

Maybe i am totally wrong here. Just better to be safe......
