I agree, it does seem a bit unclear. Molee, I do not doubt that you did your DD, and found that they are restricted, but can you provide a link or source to indicate that? Just asking. What would invoke Ed to just issue himself more shares? A bonus? For what? I am sure there is a reason, but from the filings it is hard to tell what is exactly happening here.
