gave a quick read. 1, molee where does it say they are restricted?

what i see is in form 3 yes he gave himself 1m shares at .012 instead of salary. ok a 12 grand bonus is not bad? says they are exercisable at any time during the next year up to .1 so real nice if that 12k turns into 100k. question is what happens if this does not hit .1 within a year? do they just expire?
also would expect these to be sold if it does hit .1
then again are these the same shares? does he have 1m now and an option to have another 1m? form is unclear to me, not my area of expertise. no totals on this form.

form 4 has much more. he also gave himself 10m shares at .001 so another 10k which is worth substantially more atm. i see no restrictions. it takes his holdings from 500k to 10.5m shares. thats a hefty increase. nothing about salary here and nothing about timing etc. anyone know what code j is?
he also gave himself 2 options that are good for 2 years for 1m at .1 and 2m at .15. again what happens if those prices are not reached? and expect those shares to hit if they are. options exercisable at any time.
those options would bring his total shares to 13.5m

so it would be good to know:
what is code j?
where is documentation of the restriction on the 11m shares, what is the restriction?
does the form 3 shares bring his total to 14.5 or 15.5m shares?

this was bouncing. was still showing next week could be good as in my last post. after reading this i agree, not sure anymore. at least we do not see him dumping shares atm. seeing options at .1+ is nice, but is it overshadowed by the amounts? (4m at .1+ vs 11m at .012-)
