I woke up today and saw that there are absolutely no active officers of this ticker at the SOS of Nevada still. All the old officers have resigned and this is a total empty shell ticker with nothing of value except waiting for a shell game to become lower in pps or R/S IMO.

But at this time, BNPD is not any valid registered business. No S-1 filings either with the SEC and they have to become a valid registered business first. Then all the toxic accounting and legal issues will have to be cleared up.

There will be nothing to "offer" in the future except maybe a little spike with more "forward looking" PRs if or when the shell game begins. Thats how I and a lot of others see this.
