No my hands in this case, sorry, you are alone
I want to ask only one simple question. How company can be transparent to public without publishing any statement or document which can clear their name from SEC and DTCC investigation. I fed up of pink companies and their CEO who sells shares with no controlling it and close eyes on the fact that the money they get from investors and shareholders are given to development and establishment of business.
I want to see many of them, CEO and Executives, going around the streets without penny in the pocket or sitting behind the bars.
I would happy to throw tomato in their faces and celebrate the victory of small investors/shareholders who reported to SEC and DTCC.
