DTSL Research – where has it been, where is it going?

I have been closely following this company since 2006.

Over the past couple of weeks, I have muddled through lots of old PR’s, state filings, and several years worth of posts on investor’s forums. The following is an overview of the past 4+ years for DTSL (formerly UDSG). Links to PR’s and state filings are included where appropriate. I left out many small, meaningless PR’s. This information is at everyone’s fingertips, but I thought it might be useful for existing & potential shareholders if this information was assembled in an easy-to-follow, chronological format. If someone has something to add that I have blatantly missed, please add it.

This overview should give you an idea of how the company started, where the company has been, what the company has been doing for the past 4+ years, and where the company is headed.

UDSG/DTSL history:
Universal Delivery Solutions Group (UDSG) was incorporated in Aug, 2004 as a Nevada Corporation by Lewis G. Plaut and his sons, Ryan Coblin and Adam Coblin

A little background on Ryan Coblin:
Prior to this venture, Mr. Coblin began his corporate career with Prudential Securities in 1994, then working at Gruntal & Company in 1996. In 2000, Mr. Coblin was recruited by Ladenburg, Thalmann as VP of Investments.

A little background on Ryan’s father, Lewis G. Plaut:
Prior to this venture, Mr. Plaut was CIO at Sithe Energies, developing IT solutions for the integration of Boston Edison and GPU Fossil Fuel Company. Prior to Sithe Energies, Mr. Plaut was VP of Information Technology at Scor Reinsurance and at Bear Stearns & Co.

It was discovered that UDSG’s stock had been hijacked and inappropriately marketed from some company with malicious intent. UDSG was a Nevada Corporation that was formerly known as Blini Hut, Inc, which the hijackers reinstated on Jan 26, 2005 without authorization.

After the stock was hijacked, the management decided the best strategy for the company to recover from this was to get into another public vehicle. Management decided that a “bad” shell could not be put into a “good” shell, so the operating arm of UDSG was sold iTrackr Technologies. 3/26/10 – When UDSG was sold to iTrackr, the shareholders were given a “stock consideration”. Although they called it a “stock consideration”, the net effect to UDSG shareholders was a 1 for 50 reverse split. Shareholders of UDSG were slaughtered in this process. In an effort to provide full disclosure, I lost $15,000 in this process. However, IMHO, changing names & shells was definitely the right move for the company to have any hope of recovering and keeping its great technology platform moving forward.

If you search Florida state records for DTSL, you’ll find that a shell was purchased for this stock.
