His theory is called the "second signal system"

If someone expects visitors and the doorbell rang, he goes and opens the door.
When the same don't hear the doorbell but someone says "The doorbell rang at this moment!" he behave the same!

No! The ringing clock you perceive with the cerebellum. But spoken language with the big brain!

But there exists a technique of rhetoric in the use of language which may be recorded with the cerebellum or the big brain.
