UCHB. OS as per TA is 9,207,212.

Corporate stock transfer. 303-282-4800

Much volume went thru since that post, but may want to call
the TA for a new number in the morning.

S-8 not quite over yet, though. Either tomorrow or Thurs.
depending on Wed's volume...expect a nice turn north.
