Tony...Your enviousneous is fully warranted; this money-making deal for the accredited investors is on the backs of us longs...

...didn't need to happen this way, & wouldn't've under better management.

anyway, it's good to see more $$$ for on-going ops. We are now required to invoke HOPE that this $$$, along w/future-needed Bank-borrowing will fund ops 'til revs pay the way.
