I believe that the draft report was due by 3/31 (ie. the arbitrators handing in their homework). I then believe that as soon as the home work is graded by the ICC, the grade will be posted. I think that there are a lot of shorts who are going to get caught with their bloomers down, cause the award is going to come out of the blue. No commercial entity as big as the ICC would create a scenario where the shorts could have the luxury of two free months to frolic and play with the price. After all, this is not Neverland. JMHO-Oso
