That candid admission from the erstwhile part-time manager implies the real odds of "making it" are much longer than 50/50. By any measure, this horse is a long shot ceteris paribus. Even "making it" can mean that external funders take full advantage of CSMG as a de facto bankrupt basket case and gobble the goods leaving shareholders with a crumb if they be a good boy. lol Why would they not in the real world? Indeed, that might be the only feasible result obtainable if it obtains at all. Unless one is Donald Trump, beggars can't be choosers.

"I spoke to Bruce on Monday. I didn't ask him when, but he is aware that we are owed an update from the last conference call. There are a few possibilities that he is working on and will let us know when he has more information. He still gives the company a 50/50 chance at succeeding. There is a bank that seems interested in working with CSMG, but nothing is solid right now. FYI, Bruce quit his job to work on both LTC & CCTI full-time and is currently not receiving any compensation for it. I would call him yourself if you have any questions. He is a very pleasant man to talk to."
