"What does CSMG actually own or license? Were shareholders to undertake dethronement of an arguably inept management and inattentive B.O.D., that initial question needs defining answers."

THIS IS EXACTLY THE PROBLEM....and the fact is, we shareholders just do not know. I think it's time that management be frank with us - tell us exactly where the company currently stands regarding these technologies.

All I know that in any mature corporation, an executive that says "I give the company a 50/50 chance of making it", probably wouldn't be in management very long. A comment like this just screams of "I'm lost as to our current situation and haven't a clue how to move forward." Is this a case of doing nothing and hoping salvation will somehow manifest itself? Management needs to get off their asses and make it happen! Anything less would never be accepted in a "real" company. Perhaps this mentality is exactly why no funding can be realized. Private equity or debt funders see right through the incompetence of this management team...they are not going to risk their money here. Unfortunately, I have witnessed, as a party to this same phenomenon, this same situation with other pinkies, BB, OTC stocks. All had great technologies with real commercialization potential, but alas, arrogance and ineptitude brought these organizations down. The only solace being that the principals generally lost a great deal of their own wealth in the spiraling vortex to oblivion. Admittedly, I am stubborn too and hate to give up, so I too often end-up with the short-end of stick in hopes the company might actually have a card up their sleeve...not too bright I guess.

Shareholders need to protect ourselves by gaining control of whatever assets are left, and act to recover some remaining value through an outright sale or partnership. It's clear to me that current management is not capable of attracting funding, and so, there appears to be no way for CSMG to go it own their own.
