Paul,

We have obviously had some difficulty in getting the necessary funding, but things are finally coming to a close. The reason for the silence is that we do not want to get into the back and forth with people until this is complete. It has hindered us in the past. We just need to let this take its course and we will be ready to roll in April - Barry has already contract with groups to start doing the necessary work on the properties.
