I finally joined the rest of the world in the 21st Century and bought a flat screen monitor for my home computer.

The picture isn't all that great and I am thinking that maybe I should have also bought a new video card.

Ya think that will help and also any advice on which one?

The monitor is a ViewSonic 19" Widescreen
