by the company and the inventor. Patents were around for a while, company sold them back to the inventor for some 90k, then 2 weeks later, the inventor sold them back to the company for 60k - last known valuation. That wasn't what sent the stock, that was just the only physical ownership of the company they could truly pump after all the other crap got snoped. The technology has been there a few years yet they made squat on it.
