That was my take on it. Will there still be an auction though? I hope so, to make that bid go higher.

(edit) I just answered my own question. From the motion

"The reason for said adjournment is to permit a Bidder for
the Property (defined below) who has submitted an Overbid additional time to deliver a deposit to
the Debtor prior to the Auction."

I'd love to know what the overbid is......I guess we all would eh'
