This delay offers many advantages and positives.

-Most importantly is to make sure Sans One will fly and perform well as designed.
-Time to announce positive 4th Qtr results prior to launch.
-Time to announce further and more definitive results of core business units (International Gateway in Hong Kong, full telephony product line introduced, etc.).
-Possible announcement of AMEX approval and begin listing on said exchange.
-Bring in more exceptionally qualified individuals to help support the growth of the Company.
-Time to establish further contracts with other regions/markets around the world for the Strat business concept.

All positive going forward. Good luck to all of us.
