Mid March Update:
Sanswire One is scheduled for launch in early April
AMEX Application made...results and time frame unknown
March 31st..audited 10KSB(4th quarter included)
end of 1st quarter..International Gateway in Hong Kong
within 1st qtr..A full telephony product line introduced(deploy in 2nd qtr.)
10KSB is due March 31st..if filing extension is used(15 calendard days for 10KSB) Mid April is due date.
We are two weeks from 1st qtr end. If management stays with prior guidance schedule 1st qtr guidance could come anytime and possibly a mention of expected revs in 2nd qtr.

Recently GTEL formed SBU's(specialized business units) for Sanswire LLC our 100% owned subsidiary. The reason is clearly stated below by our CEO.
Mr. Huff continued, "The demand for our Stratellite is mounting daily. Given the success of our recent Technology Summit in California, it became very clear that we are seen as a leader in our field and we are focused on building a solid corporate structure with a thorough approach to the marketing, development and roll out of our product."

The SBU's will entail the following:
These SBUs will include: a Military division, Governmental division, Commercial division, Research and Development division, Latin and South American division, Asian division, European division, Middle Eastern division and other project specific SBUs as may be necessary to expeditiously capitalize on opportunities.

Where do we stand with established partners for money remittance and other stored value programs? The 3rd qtr 2004 filing is the last statement we are privy to. This time of year we as shareholders are on a 6 month lag for filings. The upcoming 10KSB will show whether or not any of these programs were activated and producing revs. If not, one would hope that some of them kicked in during first qtr which is now close to being over. These services mixed in with current low margin carrier traffic is what will keep GTEL on the goal of being profitable by end of 2nd qtr. which is 3 months away...
A few of the goals for Stored Value Programs:
We will begin expansion by adding calling card functionality to millions of debit cards in Mexico in the first half of 2005 and will repeat the process in India and the Philippines.
We will also expand our prepaid calling services into new markets in the second half of 2005.
A full telephony product line will be introduced in the first quarter of 2005 and launched in key markets by June 2005.
Our goal is to have 6 million Stored-Value cards and over 1 million MasterCard money remittance customers worldwide by 2006.
We project that these products and services will provide such revenues and margins that the Company will show profitability by the end of the second quarter of 2005.
It is obvious the core business and the Sanswire projects will be expanded and built upon to reach the desired goal to
