SEC Filings

The only filings for BNPD are the resignation of all the old officers and there are no active officers at this time and BNPD is only a shell. Also no new filings at the SEC as of yet to be approved for any dividend or supposed up-listing with any new officers (DF and company from BEHL). Can check the BEHL Ihub forum board for information or discussion with this stock, same company who his supposedly buying this shell.

BNPD is not a legal or valid business at this time - zero shares traded yesterday with VERT offering shares at a 52 week low and a stop sign on the pink sheets.

"STOP no information"

"Indicates companies that are not able or willing to provide disclosure to the public markets - either to a regulator, an exchange or Pink Sheets. Companies in this category do not make Current Information available via the OTC Disclosure and News Service, or if they do, the available information is older than six months.

Pink Sheets No Information includes defunct companies that have ceased operations as well as 'dark' companies with questionable management and market disclosure practices. Publicly traded companies that are not willing to provide information to investors should be treated with suspicion and their securities should be considered highly risky."
