Looking at this company it seems that they are really working on deals and these deals especially with Biospec seem to be moving foward. I think you have to look at the big picture, if this was all just a pump and dump they would have manipulated the stock price higher before releasing these PR's. I have to look to the MM's for this movement after all it is not you or I that move this market its the MM. And if they were going to RS this stock, would they have not done it before this, so with the news from China would have a more positive effect?
