Trying to understand....

After 2 albeit very fluffy PR's, I did not expect this, at least before some more buying. Figured scenerio layed out by Rockytrader yesterday was most probable, so why is this happening already? Is it dilution, mm manipulation, shareholders saying this is crap (which seems unlikley in pinkyland, after 2 Pr's) or ?, but if it is dilution, why, at .0001. & before more .0002 or maybe even .0003 buys? It does not seem like a logocal play yet by ICBS, in light of the fact of the 2 PR's. Insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
