Looks like Hilal never set a floor limit!! Again the lower the PPS the more shares the CD holder gets. Dont believe me read what REGDEX filings are about. Another great move by the CEO. He buys back stock in the open market. And than files a REGDEX for $150,000 man l have seen knucklehead moves but this does take the cake!!
