IMO..the management hasn't sold any shares..

It is also my opinion that the new CEO has or will have majority control of the company..

It is also my opinion the no shares have been sold at a discount to the private investors..In fact all shares have been sold at a premium and are locked up tight for one year...veno

To each their own..do your own DD..and the longs win here..All others are non shareholders or flippers..
