imo, they pumped up the stock with pr after pr in advance of the etc brand coming out, sold all of their shares (thus the obvious reason for no Form 3's promised time and time again), then the stock went from .03's to .0001-.0003 area--over a 99% drop! i wouldnt be surprised if this scam doesnt turn out to be a sponge type stock situation. seriously.
