Another thing comes to mind.

If the SEC is checking companies at a 33% rate, sooner or later, the "chosen" companies have to be caught in their web.

I know they're a little behind in reviews, but if they checked 33% last year, and the year before, there would be a 100% chance this year.

Thank the Lord it's not the IRS. LOL.
