Me: I am going to be pulling the certificates from the company and want to ensure that there are no restrictions or reasons why I could not redeposit them into my accounts


Karen Snow: Thanks for clarifying for me! You can certainly deposit them into your brokerage account; once they are deposited, we send them to the Transfer Agent to get them booked in street name. I have seen where a Transfer Agent might reject them for one reason or another or sometimes, there isn't a Transfer Agent, so I can't say for sure once we receive them, what will happen when we send them through the process.


Karen Snow: Do you happen to know who the Transfer Agent might be for this company, Mr. Me?


Me: yes...give me 30 seconds
