If the CEO bought or was given 2,500,000 shares..it doesn't make a difference for me. It is in his best interest to get the stock price up.. Esp if he bought or received at .023. I think he owns now around 6 mil shares. Most recently on Nov 16th.. I don't believe this purchase was because of the news on the next day.. I think they have contracts with EKO and Electric Car company coming by years end. I personally have bought 400,000 shares at or around .025. Tech is good, they'll get contracts at worst case..bought out by another company.
