BioSpec Global Solutions receives invitation from Chinese government to test TOG'S 3000 & 9000.

Boston, Montreal , December ,1, 2010 – ICBS Ltd. (OTCPK: ICBT), announced today that partners BioSpec Global Solutions Inc., have received a letter of invitation to conduct testing of BioSpec's TOG's 3000 and 9000 in Chancheng District Foshan in the province of Guangdong China.
The invitation which was signed by Director Pan Huibing of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Bureau, authorizing BioSpec to test water through the province.
"This trip will mark the beginning of the introduction of BioSpec's technology to the Chinese market. It will also afford the opportunity to investigate new opportunities for the sale of equipment to the Chinese government" said BioSpec's president Don Saunders." This is a hugh step forward for us."
Both BioSpec and Chinese representatives will meet in Boston on December 8th to map out strategy for the testing which will be done by BioSpec personal in conjunction with Chinese officials.
