You'll have plenty of time to get more, if then needed.
You may want to hear from the CEO on where he's getting his financing now? Now that his Toxic Partner can not be in any Stock Offerings for years to come.

I'd like to know, Why? Why he felt he needed to give a heavy Discount on the price of shares to even get Toxic Financing?
Why not just sell to the Open Market legally?
And, Why did you feel the need to put money in your back pocket when the company needed it to make product to sell?

SEC Trial still set for 02/2011, or the case may be settled sooner as the remaining defendents need to address the Summary Judgement currently filed against them.
