evol-1..be careful, PL MIGHT've had an old HARP, delivered by SL to cover his dumb-azz in the quasi-transaction debacle,,,,so possibly PL had an non-operating obsolete HARP........still, what CEO who wants his integrity intact says something UNcredible when NOTHING should have been said

I only give PL the benefit in this PAST statement because he had hoped for compliance from SLee over the long strained APA issue, making an HD video about the HARP(didnt mean then, and) still doesnt mean now that it has passed any current testing issues and DOES NOT mean we have an operating model at all.

I have always stored his false PRs in my memory, and that allows me to trust very little, whats printed/said

PL truth "stretches" have been VERY big---IMO

I think this period of silence(only if followed by action) is actually BETTER for PL's PR stature, the fewer "stretches" the better
