Gold Dust....i am reading your post for last few days.I think you are very smart. Buy back is very intresting.But in this case probably they will cancell them after they get them back from our hand.This will reduce the AS.They anounce they will cancell another 5 billion after signing the contract.Then they will buy back shares.If the shares are in there hand they can do anything with it cancell them or hold it for to sale it on higher price when the price go up.That is the only way to reduce the AS to make it attractive.They anounce twice no RS.Then buyback is the only way.
