Could it be that:
The silent period is an excuse to be silent because AWSL has nothing to announce (construction, FIT approvals....) that is why they have not applied to uplist and release the financials. In order to uplist the companies' activity (contracts and so forth) have to support their price upon uplisting. Could this be the dilema for them?
They said that they were going into a silent period but what for? AWSL management could have given us updates until the SEC listing and then go into a silent period. No news what so ever! With all the speculation of the FIT program and lack of contracts being awarded does this mean that we investors will be left holding the bag?
