Thanks for your input. It is greatly appreciated. And, I hope your faith in Dwight is correct. Dwight may have inherited this problem, however, he may have made it his own through silence on whatever the issue holding up the financials is. I agree that the company has a lot going for it. But, they need to do something to regain investor confidence. Btw, he didn't even respond to an email I sent him in October. Not even an automated response. Nothing. Good luck to all. I'm off for a doggie walk now. ;) In Reply to 'buckyboy' I had a chance a month or so prior to Dwight joining the company as President to speak with him on a teleconference for about an hour. At that time he was a consultant to the company. I recommend you google Dwight to get a grasp of his depth in virtually every aspect of the stem cell industry. I suggested to him in the recent past that I believe he is the only one possibly on our side of the pond that can make Amstem a success. He dusted off his suits and came out of retirement because he saw the tremendous opportunity that Histostem's business model offered. He is a high energy Type A dynamo who loves what he is doing. Obviously he has been caught off guard and has had to deal with very unexpected issues since taking over as President. The lack of timely financials is a killer. I suggest you compare the Histostem financials found on Reuters (Histostem stock symbol should be entered as 036840) with the PR that Norstrud put out on 4/5/10. Navigate your way to the annual report and you'll see the 2009 GAAS numbers. The numbers are also shown in S. Korean currency (Won). Keep in mind that the 4/5/10 PR indicated a conversion to GAAP. Norstrud and Toorn are now both gone. If they couldn't get it done with KPMG, then why keep paying them (just my take). We'll have to wait on an 8K for Stark if he has truly left the company. Anyway, to make it easier for you I've attached a link to the Histostem financials on Reuters: www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/incomeStatement/detail?perType=ANN&symbol=036840.KQ&YYY622_JM48aIkBaYbIahvW5zC5m9peWn/yYY4ll96mlYcwYCSjcOP8ta0vT1fO0GorE5xGnfiGbW4XMPCXEKfx7SSldWUq2KWLzjM2l651RLn7gXEhFvycEir/DMLyPUXilhJc2xpDpCFYT5lConkCKisvP1C5ZsjRRTHKbttKlNQzlyQgD7hhGuHJLxmzMwUQGmO3H4bfCq0Pc6CkPGoQ5Af8WLLt5exieMUOo+vYeCacYQw= Bottom line for myself is that I'm adding at these lower levels while others throw in the towel. Will the PPS go lower? Maybe. I don't expect to hear anything from the company until they have something concrete to pass along...such as a distribution agreement for SteMixx. If Dwight leaves, then the Captain has finally left the ship to sink. Otherwise, I'm sticking with the Captain. I think he just hit the reset button on this company to repair all the holes in the ship. If anyone can do it, he can. JMHO. I said before that I wouldn't post anymore, but after reading all of this stuff I feel obligated to throw my opinion your way.
