Just to let the board know that I just sent a complaint form to the sec. I am sure it will probaby do no good, but at this point it can not do much harm. I would encourage other board members to consider doing the same. I can not see this situation changing without some outside pressure. The form is found under google "SEC enforcement complaint form ". Good luck to us all!!!
