Back in the day.......
I took a lot of flack from longs in early 2009 (February) for posting Lowes was likely just a test/pilot in Ohio...yeah that was back in 2009..when initiation was suppose to happen....but took over year to happen and is now going according to 'reasonable business plan/speed imo'.

I've posted this is a speculative investment several times, it's not my job to remind folks of that. The risks are clear (we could lose it all that we have invested). Risks should be fairly self evident, the question is there enough progress/happenings/initiatives to continue to reduce that risk and increase the potential?
Of course I'm slanted towards pointing out potential - I'm invested and interested in if others are seeing similar potential.
Vast majority of my posts just provide DD with supported links/substantiation for folks to make up their own minds.
