I take that as absolutely meaningless information. Forward looking statements with no verifiable documented facts along with it is not anything stated publicly from the company and only posted on some message board. These kind of statements are the same as it has been with DF and company since their inception a couple of years ago and have only resulted in mostly all failures. Without public verifiable documented information, it holds no validity whats so ever for any success of DF and company.

Get the money, not just talk about it or just state (or cut and paste) general info about grants, algae business, etc. Go build or sell something (meaning complete with success and profitability), document and make public documents with verifiable information in how it relates to this company, have audited financials all for public view.

Other than that, it just fodder for promotional tactics to hold a shareholder base for the shell transfer or to attempt to cause some excitement for raising the pps in my book. Real public facts that have already happened are that what has been promoted "forward stated" has not happened or at this point not even happening presently.

I see this float getting larger and larger and more and more is going to be required in order for the pps to do anything real positive on the upside. I don't see this as any "long term" thinking other than failure and less worth than it even is now.

For "long term" thinking and for anyone who doesn't just trade this pinkys and is not aware or all the processes of the pinky world would be better off putting any money or shares owned into a real big board stock or other valid investments. Talk to some broker or adviser or do ones own DD for the "big board" investment vehicles or more valid "long term" investment strategies.

Pinky's like DF and company are in my opinion no place for the more naive or inexperienced. Nothing wrong with learning the in and outs of the pinky world, just biggest thing is to actually learn and don't follow some promoter of a stock. Learn about "reverse dividends", dilutions, share selling company financing, what MM's really do, etc in the pinky stock world.

Hopes and dreams, believing in promotional people and tactics, and putting way to much into "forward looking statements" are the worst way to invest in pinky's like DF and company.

As what has happened and happening with BEHL/BNPD, the pinky stocks are ruthless in destroying portfolio value for shareholders and one needs that realization in order to even hope to hang on to one's money and/or survive or profit.

95%+ of the time, it is well documented odds one will loose investing or "long term" thinking with companies such as this one. In my view BEHL is not, and will not be profitable for shareholders "long term" and is only worth knowing how to trade it short term and even that has great risks.
