I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Please note that the Department of Science reviewed my request to submit the grant application after missing the deadline of Nov. 15th. They called me two days ago and stated that they could not accomodate Fast Horse Energy after missing the deadline; HOWEVER, after reviewing the information I did submit, they felt the project that FHE briefly submitted is technologically valuable and have agreed to allow FHE to submit an "unsolicited proposal" in an amount that FHE feels would be appropriate and required for such a project. Apparently, they have discretionary funds that they can use (who knew?) They also informed me that they have received absolutely no Native American business projects this year. I think I want to build an algae refinery on Native Lands...perhaps out here...somewhere in CA.
