What ever the outcome, at this point in time, the best play on AVTI is to let Gelmon play out his hand.

If he has backed himself into a corner based on any breach of contract to cause cancellations then it will very quickly get smoked out. The leash is getting very short.

If on the otherhand, the contracts and or shipments are still in place and amendments have been agreed too based on any delays then really it does not matter whether the shoes hit, just as long as these shoes become available thru sales channels.

As far as distribution points, sure high profile stores offer a nice perk but in todays world online sales move the product faster are just as profitable.

IMO the outcome for this AVTI/JF JV deal is still out with the jury.
