No I am not hot under the collar...It's just that I hate people you treat shareholders like they have zero business acumen. Gelmon seems assume that we are all minions and have no concept of the business world and the ramifications of contract law.

All retailers would demand the product be in the store warehouse no later than two weeks prior. they also have a cancellation clause. My guess is that most of th key retailers that Gelmon mentions in his pr (if they are even real) have submitted cancellation notices for breach of contract. Now Gelmon has to dump these shoes (if they truly exist.

I am not hot at all. This is just a lotto play for me. I can loose the $5k and mind too much. I don't like someone thinking they can play me.

It seems that Gelmon feels that way.
