Thanks DrDebit, very well articulated. So, if the holding company of WMI will nothave much by way of assets adn earning power, then the NOL's as Rosen has stated "don't mean much." if they are liquidating WMI in BK Chap 11, that would mean they are skirting the regs. NOL's are most valuable to an acquirer, not the new WMI. We know now they intend to be done with WMI within 6 months of emergence.

Chap11 got used as a Chap7.. Something is definitely amiss here,..
