Anyone paying attention to the REDICULOUS amount of shares this company puts into circulation to pay it's bills EVERY FRIGGIN WEEK, month-by-month.

The CEO & gang would like you to believe they don't dilute, and I say....rearry???? How bout the non-stop shares you print & put out like you found money????

There is no difference imv between the two when push comes to shove. Look through the filings, the list is GINORMOUS!!!

Now, b4 the cookoo-birds start slamming me for ignorance with PS ("but what did you expect", "that's how they all do it", "how else do you expect them to raise capital", and all the rest....), let me just reiterate my point. There is hardly any difference in my mind between dilution & share distribution; especially with regards to the volume & degree u got here.

The CEO needs to get leaner, cut operating costs, get more value, & find another source/method of financing if the pps is going to be positively impacted by operations. Otherwise, the dilution (as always) kills the pps & you get ZERO price appreciation (all things considered).

Just mhv.
