Giuliani was a very good mayor. Turned the city around for the better. The mayor before, David Dinkins, when two different riots occured. He did not allow the police to use force to control the mobs. One was a Brooklyn riot, which Yankel Rosenbaum was murdered. Ex Mayor Koch, called that riot a pogrom.
