I'm merely expressing a viewpoint with regard to a very minor issue.Whether there even was an extension and if there was, was it on joint application are the questions that Loop and I were talking about last night. That discussion was being held on a chat room. Neither of our viewpoints will have the slightest influence on how this case resolves itself.

Accusing me of crawling out of the foxhole and waving a white flag reminded me of a question that crossed my mind, from an incident, a couple of days ago. I had gone to a nursing home to get some papers signed. My client's roommate was sitting in his wheelchair, sound asleep. On the back of his chair was draped a Pittsburgh Steeler Terrible Towel. After reading your plea for my unswerving cooperation, I wonder if Pittsburgh might not have beaten New England, if that old codger had been able to wave that towel a little harder as he slept in front of the TV in the lounge, a couple of months ago.

I've been in this foxhole for 21 years. I don't have any plans of leaving, now. I couldn't stand the thought of being out when the good news hits. JMHO-Oso
