I agree because I am in a suburb of Chicago and since there are so many phones here they needed more numbers. What they do is add whats called an overlay area code we have a dozen area codes for the same darn area. You are not going to buy a dozen area codes for that.

Someone may tell IKE since he may not know they do this around here in Illinois.

I believe that if Ike were to listen to my suggestion of a "metered rate" for small businesses it would be easy to sell to thousands of small businesses. Come up with a small monthly base charge and then a charge per connect fee. If a business gets 25 connects in a month then it's 25 x connect fee + small monthly rate ($25 or less). As the use of the service increases so does the revenue."
